Why you need a price management software

The good news is if you want to get anywhere at within pricing in the early days, you’ll have a handful of Excel files in place.  Which is great. In fact, it’s amazing.

Getting control of your pricing and putting a price framework in place is though. Who wants to run prices by another person and have the time to collect, clean and package the data needed for better pricing? And you did it.

And yet …

It probably won’t be enough. 5 Excel files, 50 sheets, whatever the number is. It’s not scalable. In fact, it may seem like you will everything would fall apart if you left the company.

I get it, I’ve been there. In fact, most price managers have. At one point its simply time to leverage up to a price management software and leave the Excel files behind. You will know when.

Price Management Software Leader Opens Singapore Office and Expands into Asia

Price Edge Solutions AB, a leader in price management software, today announced it was rapidly expanding its operations and products across Asia in order to meet increasing global demand for pricing software.

Price Edge is launching into Asia by establishing a new Singapore office, complementing existing locations in Stockholm, Palo Alto, and Bucharest, to enable deeper service for companies in need of pricing software and pricing support in the Asia Pacific region.

The launch event was combined with the Asia Pricing & Commercial Excellence Summit in Singapore between the 14th and 15h August 2018 and was attended by the Who’s Who of pricing excellence operating in the region.

“We are seeing growth in price management software across Southeast Asia and want to extend our successful pricing approach globally, starting here in Singapore.” said Rickard Glamsjö, CEO, at Price Edge. “Our strategy is to focus on providing the best price management software for enterprises with complex product portfolios, helping price managers more efficiently create better prices from both the customer- as well as the bottom line perspective.” said Glamsjö. “The next wave of pricing software will focus on flexibility, ease of use and dynamic pricing. Price Edge is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden while its new Asian operations will be managed out of Singapore, with new offices in the prestigious Marina One West Tower.
